What is a listing?
      A contract between a seller of real estate and his agent to find a buyer for his property within a specified period of time.

What is the MRMLS (Multi-Region Multiple Listing Service)?
      An aggregation of Realty Boards including ALL the Inland Empire including most Boards in L.A. and Orange Counties.

What is the VVAR (Victor Valley Board of Realtors)?
      The entire Victor Valley, including Lucerne Valley as well as Wrightwood.

What is a Realty Board?
      A society or alliance of Realtors® serving a given community or group of cities.

How is the information entered into the MLS Data Base?
      The agent or his broker is required to enter ALL listings into the Multiple Listing Service almost immediately upon signing and is responsible forits content, accuracy, insertion and its current status (updating).

If I choose a fireplace and a lot over 6000 sq ft, will an incomplete listing appear in my "Results Page?"
      No.

In that case, how can I utilize the service to my advantage?
      Initially, perform a basic search: city, price, beds;
secondly, baths; and thirdly, add year built, sq ft.

When you have narrowed your search, jot down the MLS#s (numbers) or print out the listing information sheets.

• preview one or more properties and create additional digital interior/exterior pictures as well as the street and neighboring homes;
• clarify the current status of the home;
• obtain additional details;
• make an appointment to inspect;
• conduct a more detailed search for you utilizing your criteria.
