What is a Home Warranty Protection Plan?

Simply, a yearly plan which insures/covers those items in a home/condo/townhouse which historically might need attention within the Home Warranty policy coverage; i.e. appliance warranty, system warranty, home guarantee.

The basic policies offered by most Home Warranty Companies in the Inland Empire - San Bernardino/Riverside Counties - include the following (only $250-300). For a small additional charge, other items can also be included in the policy such as air-conditioning, swimming pool, refrigerator, limited roof leak, septic system, etc. All this coverage for a small trade call fee +/-$50.
